U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo and Joyce Kaufman-Radio Talkhost ( www.850WFTL.com )Advocates of making English the "official language" of the U.,S. debate Jose Cancela and MiguelPerez who demand we Americans must pander to them by providing their Spanish speakingImmigrants with multiple services in Spanish. They expect U.S. taxpayers to pay for Spanish Language translations in schools, government agencies, welfare offices, Social Security Offices, Drivers License Tests and Spanish language Voting Ballots! Why should we Americans pay taxes for Spanish language translations? Especially when they know before coming to the U.S. that our Common language is English.




Jose Cancela & Migeul Perez being in the media business are deliberately profiting by keeping their ethnic group speaking only Spanish! If their Spanish Speaking people begin speaking English, they would lose immediate control of their masses in politics as well as lost profits going to the English language media instead.

Also, it is highly outrageous that Rick Sanchez says his own Cuban exile parents live in Miami since coming here from Cuba in 1960 they still "can't speak English" after coming to Miami in 1960! That was 48 years ago! Culdn't they atleast learn 20 words per year? Rick Sanchez just began running his outrageously biased programs on
CNN on Miami's English language conflicts
with his Spanish language speakers in Miami who refuse to learn English even when they
choose to come to live in an English speaking country such as the USA.

@PorkChopMissPiggy: Not know English is not a handicap, as it is being deaf. There are not as many public schools and universities that offers sign language as there are many of them offering spanish courses and some of them requires the course in Spanish. But far as the majority, I think there is a growing number of people from India and Asia than hispanics and not too many today are having children, unless on welfare.

Language does not remove personal identity, and if it does the person does not know themselves to begin with. What could be said but that we are seeing populations of camoflage pretending to assimilate and pretend in order to survive. People need to be themselves. People do not need to feel themselves obligated to adopt the racism and mental health of their family. If this country wants people to learn english I totally agree with miguel perez legislation needs to fund english courses,canada does that,why cant united states do it?they are quick to bitch about foreigners learning english,then give them the resources to do it,if canada provides free english and french courses to foriegners that become residents or citizens of canada,then united states should do it to,the other idiot doesnt realize that times have changed,people today need courses to learn

@Trolling4You2 English and Spanish are both European languages. Why doesn't Spanish matter as much? Because almost every Spanish-speaking country is in a SHITTY condition. I used to think highly of Spanish, and yet Spain is now going down. Germany is now leading Europe's economy. Get over your glorious past.
