Alas! He was favorably compared to Elvis, but, as the saying goes, unlike Elvis he could really play that guitar.
He didn't go down with Buddy Holly in the airplane. I believe it was a tour bus crash that claimed him.

Im 16 and i love this old stuff! Stuff from the 40's all the way to the 90's was the best shit! Now... Only a few bands r left that started back then and are still good.... Kiss, ac/dc... So, old stuff better, only good thing about todays music, is dubstep, fuck rap and hip hop! Rock and dubstep! Rock by the bands that acually know what they're playing!
