Funduplicatura Nissen

En este video se muestra la Funduplicatura laparoscopica tipo Nissen en pediatria. Se inicia con la liberacion de los vasos cortos, hasta liberar completamente el fundus del estomago y el hiato a la izquierda. se continua con la apertura del ligamento menor hasta localizar luego el hiato. se crea la ventana retroesofagica hasta visualizar comletamente los pilares del diafragma. A ese nivel se pasa punto en los pilares del diafragma para cerrar el hiato abierto. Se pasa el fundus por detras del esofago y se confecciona la funduplicatura con 3 puntos fijando el estomago al esofago.
