Hey,

So I've followed all of the steps that you have posted and I still get "Test Failed" and in the details it say that Xbox cannot detect an IP address from my router or modem etc. I don't understand the issue - I have seen multiple videos and all show the same process and I still have no luck. Any suggestions?

i used a standard Ethernet cable but you can pick the WIFI option if your xbox has WIFI but they have released WIFI 3G boxes with a Ethernet cable connection i use that instead so i dont use this method any more
