I don't agree with The comment below. This not iDANGEROUS. YOGA IS BEST FOR LEARNING BREATHING. She is teaching tonight up throat muscles. Plus other in berating between lines.

Great exercise to correct high chest breathing, but do them much more slowly.

These tips are true... just not really to this extreme. Moving your neck around is great for relaxation, but obviously having such violent thrusts like she's demonstrating is bad :O and the breathing is pointless. I usually just slowly move my neck side to side a few times, then up and down and it stretches the muscles and relaxes them.
