Berluc - Feuer in der Welt (1979)

Berluc is one of most remarkable late 70s/80s hard rock bands to emerge from former DDR (ex-East Germany). The track is taken from their debut LP "Reise Zu Den Sternen" (Amiga - 1979) and is quite epic and pompous.

Ps: the song title means "Fire in the World".

BERLUC war schon toll und eine meiner Stammbands während meiner Berufsausbildung in Prenzlau. Die Songs werde ich nicht vergessen. Tolle Qualität. Hast du noch mehr davon?

BERLUC had been one of the most famous bands in the former German Democratic Republic.

Their songs "Hallo Erde, hier ist Alpha" (1978) kicks ass too. :-)

@uwebiernacki Yeah, I know and like this song too, it's the opener of "Reise zu Sternen" LP. I also love "Hunderttausend Urgewalten" from the s/t LP.

Other favorite DDR bands of mine are Magdeburg, Formel 1 and Depressive Age (which was initially named as Blackout).

Very good album. I remember Berluc have come to my little town in Poland in '80-s They rocked the little summer amfiteatre to pieces and they sung one of the Polish band song too..they rock !
