This is a feeble attempt, on my part, of an arrangement by Bert Alink. I don't know who composed this song though. To hear how it is really supposed to sound check out Bert's recording at
http://home.zonnet.nl/b.alink/index_other.htm
You will find the score there as well.

  • Thank you for such an enjoyable, delightful performance. I also have 10C but does not sound as good. May I ask what strings you use, if I am not being too intrusive?

  • Thanks for your comments. I di use Galio trebles and hannabach bass however since then I have switched to Daddario Pro-Arte LP (normal tension)

  • Great sound and well played, Cor! What mic do you use?

    Regards,

    Julie

  • I use 1 "Rode NT1-A" and a MXL 603S. Both are plugged into a M-Audio preAmp which is plugged into a M-Audio Delta 1010S sound card. I find that this with this setup I often lose the acoustic sound. Personally, I like the sound you get in your recording better and often use several of your "easier" pieces as a sound comparision to my setup. Most often my setup comes in second :+<

  • Very nice. That is a great old song.

  • Gee. Your setup seems complicated, but I like the sound, though. :+>
