How to make homemade mayonnaise using healthier, fresh, ingredients like eggs, raw honey, unrefined oils, and vinegar (or lemon juice) using an immersion blender in about 2 minutes. This can be used as a base for homemade salad dressings, too. We've used this amount within a week. If you add 1 T of whey, it will last longer.
