@Phoenix4121 actually it IS possible to get Lugia AND ho-oh in SoulSilver (just reply if u want to how to get ho-oh in soulsilver)

I had the old SILVER version, and you get a lugia at whirl island (lv40) and you get the
Ho-oh later on (lv70) when you beat the elite four and go to the Kanto region and recieve the rainbow feather.
It doesn't matter which game you get, you still get the same pokemon. I dont know why the heck they made two anyway if they are almost exactly the SAME

Hg for life but i wished they would of made a crystal version too but that wont happen but next probally would be a ruby sapphire remake but i played all three of them so many times im sick of them
