@maxins I just tried it on hard and it let me put an airport right next to the city. Infact it's only 2 spaces from the center. Year is 2000 and it's international airport.

@maxins What you talking about you can still place them directly next to towns. Either the town doesn't like you, You have noise control on, or you are playing with a mod.

especially now in openttd 1.02 where u cant place airports directly next to towns :/
