Captain Blair is proud to be doing what he loves as an Army Surgeon. He attended medical school on the Health Professions Scholarship Program, which paid for 100% of his tuition, books and fees and provided a monthly stipend. He appreciates the state-of-the-art technology. "The surgical and clinical skills I've developed here will impact every single patient I treat."

  • @SonichuFan4Ever Yes, that is correct. He is a 2nd LT(O-1) in school, then Captain(O-3) when ready to practice.

  • So if he is a Captain, does that mean he is on the 0-3 pay grade?
