Forget those nasty black balloons, and install a mini power station in your own home, with enough spare electricity generated to sell back to the power grid.
The BlueGen unit was designed in Melbourne, it's the size of a washing machine, and uses ceramic tiles to provide up to 17,000kw of electricity and 200 litres of hot water to your home.
