Are you one of those Irish people who indulges in that cheap form of Irish patriotism known 'hating the English' ? Careful, the Welsh and the Scots also waste their time doing that.

what you talking about?! theres no such things as 'homosexuality' in Ireland. at least not among Irish people. only among foreigners living here. especially the English. who are also into beastiality and all kinds of other perversions.

Yeah I know! It's great! I think Ros Na Rún had the first gay relationship in any Irish soap. As a gay guy who loves Irish it means a lot to me!

This has got to be the first time that the theme of homosexuality has been tackled in Gaelic. The Holy Catholic Irish State would never have allowed it before. Brilliant idea, though. It gives Gaelic modern relevance, and makes it come alive.
