My second completed Blender script, works by making a bunch of random boxes on a base based on the variables set in the code.

  • @doctorbubble Thanks, it'd be neat to have it work off of a mesh though, if I found out how to do that, I'd probably be publishing it more than just on YouTube, there are plenty of people wanting that old script back XD (me included).

  • @ygvb1 That's good if you ask me, because if the max's greeble plugin is anything to go by, it can somewhat screw up the original topology. I usually make a clone of the surface then apply the greeble plugin so it doesn't muck up the original mesh .

  • @doctorbubble Thanks, sadly though this script only makes a base with random boxes on top, it can't modify existing meshes :(.

    If only it worked like Blenders old discombobulate script XD, I think they still haven't made one for 2.5/2.6 yet :(.

  • Looks really useful. Reminds me of the greeble plugin in max.
