I've used this thing once so far and it is great. I cut the gears from half-inch baltic birch because that is all I had at the time. I now have three-eighths stock and plan on cutting the proper thickness gears and I'm sure the gears will mesh even better once completed.

  • nice im about half way done building the same jig from Matthias Wandels plans i like the router table thats going to be my next project thanks for posting it

  • I like the router table extension.

  • Looks good. I built one so I can make bee hive boxes. Works really nice. I do a 3/4 inch joint which makes my saw strain. I'm thinking about getting a bigger motor and going to 240 Volt. Check out my video. Show us yours in action.
