this video is probably just to show people who just became a black belt the movements in the pattern coz i just got my black belt last month and this video has been a great help for me to remember the patterns so cut the guy some slack
-
why do people feel, that their opinions are valid or that any one wants to hear their opinion, when all they say is crap or give some rubish critic......every body needs to practice and no one is perfect thanks for the video helpful to any one trying to remember the sequence.

What do you expect from a style that someone just pulled out of there ass?
They got a 1st degree black belt and they deiced to go create a style.
patterns are not about gold medals and yes they are hooking blocks. Some of these so called tae kwon do schools need a good hard kick up the arse for teaching students in this manner or for that letting them go for there black belt when it is obvious they don't have any understanding of why you practice patterns. Utter rubbish
P.S you do cross your arms when delivering a hooking block you mong

Your feet should be more smooth, sliding on the floor like that is a little dicey in terms of proper form. As well, your reverse double form block , low punch and slow knife upward strike should emphasize speed and controlled slower movements more. Godd overall though! Keep up the good work!
