  • Not only is "The Unforgiven" the best western ive ever seen but maybe the best film ive ever seen. I have seen many movies ranging from all era's and genre's and the unforgiven pinpoints many details that many movies lack. The realism, acting, emotions, story, and characters are incredible. The amazing thing is how well the movie was done Clint turns into the villain by the end of the movie. An excellent direction and acting by Clint as usual. truly one the best actors of all time.

  • To me, Clint's best western is TGTBTU.

  • @SkipperQ villain ? nah.

  • incredible story, one of my favorites, very complex character interrelationships. masterfully plotted, great casting, acting and direction and TONS of incredible quotes. I love the old spaghetti westerns but Unforgiven is such a confident and well paced movie, and hits on so many levels, it exposes the hypocrisy of america at the time and shows the ugly underbelly of movie violence... a very high skill movie. I don't know why i dont OWN it yet!

  • great film but i slightly prefer josey wales

  • I remember when they were filming it here around Brooks. There's was only about ten thousand people here back then so it was pretty cool seeing Clint walking around town or sitting in the bar.

  • Josey Wales is the best hands down

  • @loveallthepeople1000 Possible the other way. Easy.

  • the dollars trilogy. then unforgiven. easy.

  • LOL! Targèt!

  • i absolutely love unforgiven! seen the movie 6 times still not tired of it
