  • This was for a school project and we had to combine entertainment with facts, so we were not "making fun of" this culture.

  • By the way, a tip, two of your facts were wrong, it wasn't that entertaining to be honest. Last tip: GROW UP & be serious. That was not entertainment. That was a slap in every Catawba's face. Change your attitude before someone were to give y'all a slap in the face.

  • Okay let's get something straight here cause you girls are obviously young &, well, I'm gonna show compassion to the tragic unlike y'all.I know that you say you have to combine entertainment with history, but you REALLY need to show more compassion. I'm Catawba Indian & you girls were making a joke out of this! My people have suffered for years, & should NOT be made fun of.

  • This is a nice video. I found out tonight that I could have a Catawba ancestry and I ended up here. While the video didn't answer any specifics about my genealogy, I did enjoy it :)

  • @runingblackbear Running bear....please stop spaming catawba videos...because your only making your self look foolish since there is many many many documents proving your false....and the catawba is FEDERALLY Recognized!!!

  • I'm Catawba and I thought this video was funny and educational. But one thing is wrong; the reservation is in Rock Hill, SC

  • @runingblackbear You are wrong sir. I'm living proof.

  • The information provided seems factual, the manor in which the information was delivered can be considered offensive. Robert Harris was my great-grandfather and a Chief as well. I'm glad the suffering and misfortunes of my forefathers could allow you girls humor. I despised your presentation. I found it offensive and culturally insensitive. Nothing is funny about this tribe's history, nor it's struggles to co-exist in society. Please try to show compassion and understanding the next time. Thnx

  • there is no catawaba left

  • I am Catawba Indian, part of a chief's family. I found this video simple, entertaining and respectful.
