you have no use of a hard heel if you don't go in a straight line. that's he whole idea of having your heel - to push your throw in a certain direction. Keep that straight, and your throw will go straight. But hey, he is a 84m thrower, so I shouldn't say anything.

I met him and he's closer to 280lbs than 240lbs, just look at him, and he is a shade closer to six five, interestingly he looks perfect for the discus, and his training partner Robert fazekas looks like a hammer thrower.

@leoesharkey Well Fazekas use to throw the hammer and threw like 75m. But OPK is a big guy as well he's around 6'4-6'5 listed on the IAAF site.

Tight turns. There is a guy in Canada who's bigger and gets 4 heels in with room to spare.
