Just like to give some advice if I could?
To add to the suspense - their should be a contrast between the person running and the person placing the object in the ground. For example, when he is running, add a sound effect of strong footsteps, heavy breathing etc

@JBCVids Hey JBC, thanks for your comment. This vid was mainly to showcase the fight scenes, I should have mentioned that these clips were from late in the edit; the sound was only around 70% complete which is why some basic elements such as footsteps are missing in places. Rest assured they all made it to the final edit. The film premiered at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival and had a great reception.
