  • @STiMPUTELLO hahahah who is this?!!

  • I wonder if this Jiggs knows where I can get my dollar if it got stuck in a vending machine....

  • Thanks for this video!!! I just enjoy this trombone-sound!!!

  • At last after all these year, I get to actually SEE Kurt Edelhagen as well as hear him, What artistry, many thanks for this!

  • Where is this video from??

is there the whole concert an a tape available??

  • Thats so much for sharing this! I studied under Jiggs when I was in college, but I've never seen a video of him when he was young. Looks so different without the beard! Strange to see all of his mannerisms on such a young guy too, lol.

  • Colour broadcasts were in West Germany in 1976. It was in 67 when it came in. East Germany was a few years later around 1972 or 73. The East German's took longer, because the debate in the GDR was to go with the SECAM system. The reason was to prevent GDR residents on the border with West from watching West German TV. But at the end of the day PAL won.

  • I Fell in love with alice after seeing this movie

    bit(. )ly/aliceeee

  • @MrTVTheme - You are so right, thanks for catching my error! I was thinking of Chile, which didn't get color until '76 or '77. I have a Bert Kaempfert video playlisted from day 2 of color in Germany & the correct date is plainly stated there.

It's great to see how much inspiration Jiggs has given to so many musicians.

  • @chkjns

You meant to say color transmissions in germany didnt come ´til 1967!
