I've studied John Weathers' playing and I think we should start a Gentle Giant tribute band and call ourselves 'Funny Ways'. Now all we need is a bass player that plays trumpet and violin and a guitar player that can play the hell out of a guitar at very low and sensitive volumes and a singer who doesn't get thrown by unusual intervals and singing the notes in between the black keys..........no wonder Gentle Giant were so great.
