Pelosi is at her best in playing the blame game. She is good at "talk the talk". Democrats should be blamed for all these downfall of the housing market. They gave "Frannie, Freddie" a free account to gamble on the housing market. Yeah, this liberal couple lend citizens money to buy houses even though they couldn't afford the mortgage,they turn around used the equity as their ATM machines to support their spending! That's called democrats doctrine!

Bush could not spend the money alone, the appropriation must be approved by the House, the Senate. The blaming name of the USA politics.
