First time we were out for a walk with our big bunny, Vanechka, and this is a video I compiled. He is not yet used to be equipped with the harness (by the way the one he wears is intended for a small / medium dog, yes, he's a big rabbit:-) but then it was ok and he had fun running and liked to explore the new area.

  • @theart1rm I had a rat name mnelly and she had instead of a line three spots :3 cute

  • what a lovely bunny!

  • I just bought one of those :D They are huge lol

  • Really, nice looking rabbit. Nice spoting and black line down the middle of the back.

  • @ili163 Oh, by the way it is a very cute, inspiring video. It does my soul a world of good to know that their are rabbit lovers like that, that treat their rabbits just as nice as cat or dogs. True rabbit lovers tend to love rabbits more than they do cat & dogs. I myself am one of those people. I do get upset when I go to a video expecting to see something cute & uplifting after a hard days work, but instead see or read something horrible. I try to not read feedback comments for that reason..

  • @ili163 To continue. I't wasn't my intention to make you feel like "that dude, Anders Behring Breivik" whoever that is. You aren't the posted of this video. So, from your comment I assume (incorrectly) you were a troll, being mean. Calling it a Checkered Giant Meat Rabbit is not a nice name for a rabbit. It implies it is being raised for meat consumption. It should just be called Checkered Giant. So if you were a troll, I meant every word I said, but as your not I'm truely sorry I offended you.

  • @ili163 My apologies I didn't mean to offend. I was merely pointing out with all the nice, wonderful, videos where people are proudly showing off their belove pet rabbits, someone's always making the above mentioned remarks, which are uncalled for, mean. It is obvious the rabbit is a healthy, happy pet, loved & cared for by it's owner. It's hurtful to them to hear comments like "Looks just like the one I feed to my snake, or eat one just like that the other day". I misinterpreted the comment.

  • @theart1rm and next time be nicer and simpler in words. u just made me feel like that dude, Anders Behring Breivik.. =((((

  • @theart1rm @theart1rm hello you, i didnt get why ur so pissed at me when its fact. and do not be mad as my rabbit is a giant chinchilla and bought him from the rabbit farm in malaysia too. alot of people was asking about the breed of the rabbit, hence it is a checkered giant, maybe the term 'meat rabbit' is offensive to you, i apologize =) never intentionally to ruin any moments, just to share mine is a house bunny name Tutu.

  • @ili163 No matter what video you go to someone's always got to spoil the moment with remarks about killing it for stew or feeding it to their snake. Have some common decency. Keep the negative to yourself. Lots of kids watch these videos who think of rabbits as companion pets. which is something on ballets which will offically make all rabbits that are not wild hare companion pets, protected under the same rules as cats & dogs. Which means you can't kill them, can't feed them to your snake.
