  • @DRsegueta iv been doin some reserch into it and been told if u get soya isolate powder the stuff vthat gives u the man boobs is taken out in the isolate u knw enything bout this ?also when u look at the amino acid contents init it is realy high compared to other powders aswell the last thing i want is manboobs lol

  • @dumdumco2 Eat small meals(breakfast,fruits,lunch,v­egetables,dinner) every 3 hours... Find a sport you like that makes you sweat... Do some weightliting... (You're 12 so not too heavy, just enough to stimulate your muscles and that you feel the burn)...Sleep your 8 hours(10 hours if you can)... Dont give up... It's worth it... Good luck...

  • I have an identical experience, except for the part where I figure out how to make a vegan diet work. I've been vegetarian for almost 20 years. I've never been very strong, but I have always had pretty good endurance. For the past few years I've been going through the same difficulty in my attempts to convert to a fully vegan diet - my athleticism and general health rapidly deteriorate. I eagerly anticipate any new approaches you may have to offer. I applaud your effort!
