I use 3ds max to do some 3d animation,but the parody of bush was from some gifs animation that ive found on the net.I edited some of them and made a video compilation with movie maker.If you want to do these kind of stuff,I recommend a software called adobe after effects.there is also some tutorials on youtube you can watch.Anyways I hope it answers your question.:)
