When I was little I could not pronounce ulta; my mouth just couldn't form it, so I called it utah (like the state). Today I can pronounce it but I call it utah anyway, just for the heck of it ,and it is really funny when people get confused, they're like "Wait, where are we going?."

some shampoo/conditioner ideas: not sure if you have it in the US, but I use Gliss Kur here in Europe and am sticking with it after some quite nasty shampoos I've tried....

I know people who are quite happy with the purchases in asos web store and I also think u always must give things second shot, even though it was a bad first impression. I love blue with white combinations (clothes, accessories).
