Jacob Sancartier, President of the Algonquin College Students' Association, surprised his girlfriend at her convocation ceremony with a surprise wedding proposal, on stage, in front of thousands of Algonquin College students and family members.
Jacob practiced the proposal with help from event organizers and the President of the College to make sure the question was asked without a hitch....she said yes! Congratulations Jacob and Janice!

  • Was this at the Ottawa Convention Centre?

  • @SLRengines Haha you have your own problems to worry about you silly Arab.

  • college and university = social engineering and brainwashed ignorant semi conscious mass consumerist debt slaves lol

  • Congratulations Janice and Jacob! I heard about it on the radio and had no clue it was you guys! All the very best xx

  • It's a ballsy thing to do. A rejection at your graduation would be terrible.

  • to anyone who's made a negative comment- you all suck. Algonquin rocks!!!

  • @SLRengines And we feel sorry for you, you jerk. Where the hell do you get off making comments like that?

  • This is embarrassingly awkward.

  • At everybody saying that this somehow took away from other peoples graduation.

Trust me, it didn't. This is Algonquin. AKA that school kids with a 60% average go to after high school. They would rather have all the information that they graduated from their removed from the spotlight.

  • haha i totally interviewed that guy for school ( i go to algonquin)
