this device is used to strengthen my dorsi flexion and all of my other ankle movements. it has played a key role in restrengthening the Tibialas Anterior mucle in my lower leg which was dormant for almost a year.
Is this a recovery exercise? How did your ankle feel prior to these exercises? Im 29 with an old ankle injury that has gone arthritic. My subtalar is slightly out of alignment causing uneve wear and tear. Massage helps the pain, I stopped running for a year and half, this helped the pain on a daily basis. Any one out there with a similar situation. Lets start a dialoge. This is life long management now.
They have rubber stretch bands you can buy at any good sports equipment places. All you need is a table or a pole to tie it to. Tennis players use them all the time.
