Dan Dawson of the Toronto Nationals and Boston Blazers training on June 25th, 2010 preparing for the upcoming World Field Lacrosse Championships in Manchester, England.

Training session began with foam rolling followed by a 15 minute dynamic warm-up. Med Ball throws and some basic plyos were done in a circuit. Video begins with Close Grip Hang Snatches. A strength circuit follows including a dynamic hamstring stretch, Foot Elevated Reverse Lunges, Bodysaw, and head supported DB Bent Over Rows. Another circuit not on the video including some scapular stability and Stabililty Ball Hamstring Curls was done, and then finished with 2 different conditioning drills with the video showing the last rep of the day being completed.
