Top 30 Disney Villains REVISED (public vote)

A revised version of an earlier survey of Disney Top 30 Villains. I made this revised list through a survey of a few dozen people on iMDB boards.

Since people had different lists (some made a top 1,3,5 or 10 and more), this is how I counted the votes:

First choice: 10 points
2nd choice: 9 points
and so on until
10th+ choice: 1 point

Frollo should be #1 with Scar at 2 and Jafar at 3. Shere Kan should also be in the top 5 so should cruella and the evil queen.

Yay Scar is number one. I think he's a true fuck up villian he kill his brother and wanting to kill his nefew O.o but I also think Frollo should have been number two bc he killed one person.

I agree with Ursula being ranked higher than Maleficent, but Scar should not have the number one spot. He's a cunning, intelligent, remorseless motivational leader, sure, but once he attains power, what does he do with it? Nothing. He lazes about, and is apparently such a terrible ruler that even the weather goes on strike.

Honestly, I think Frollo should number #1. He's a religious prick, killed the Hunchback's mother, almost drowned him as a baby, As powerful as fuck, and died a very creepy, but gruesome death. What more can this guy do?
