@VoxPopuli666 - Reason why the snare was so pronounced during this recording was because they had to send the drum machine into the recording studio via a microphone hook-up from another room because of an equipment problem... was accidental at the time, but gives it a unique sound.

@mhb850 actually, Robert Wright is not the remixer I am. Michael Brauer. Robert was the executive producer for the remix.

@mhb850: Absolutely no offence meant here, but are you sure you're not thinking about the a-side "One on One"? Otherwise they must have made a big mistake since you don't seem to be credited for remixing "I Can't Go for That" anywhere according to Discogs.

@microminiskirt: The single "I Can't Go for That (No Can Do)" was released in 1981, but this is from the B-side of One on One which was released in 1982. :)
