We had some visitors up for a ROUGH 30:30 circuit using sandbells, TRX, sandbags, Sloshballs/Pipes, jump rope etc. Had Ryan Ketchum and Wil Flemming in from Force Fitness and Performance in Bloomington, IN, Charlotte Loa in from Norway who was interning at Results Fitness with Alwyn & Rachel Cosgrove along with my mainsaty trainig partner Haylee Hickman.
