@hautecouture7294 there aren't exactly certain shoes that are perfect for beginner pointe, because the beginner is going to need to get the pointe shoes fitted, as those shoes might not fit your feet well at all. :)

The pointe shoe's are Capulet Juliette D30 shoe, that is a new generation of pointe shoes. That pointe shoes are veeery comfortable. :)
I think, the best pointe shoes for beginners is Sansha Recital (202) :)

i always dance in grishko 2007 - they are very comfortable & soft. for the beginner will be a good choice)) good luck))

@xxxcarinamxxx lunges can really help improve splits. I was in the same predicament and (deep) lunges really helped my hips and splits

so ahh.. am I the only one who wouldn't even consider wearing this to a photoshoot? xD I don't think I'd even wear that to dance at my house :P she's a great dancer tho.
