if you reached jun's room before her health meter is drained to zero, you can find her being attacked by the fat enemy and thrown away into the cellar. then you can play using her for a short time. then she will die too no matter what happens. first you'll find her right hand that have been cut off. then the scenario is just the same like if you don't reach her in time.

No, there is no way to save her...

I though it was but when you get at time

and she goes to the basement, she dies

anyway, and the scene is the same but

in the basement, so... just forget her...
