Dancing =/= only bunch of lines. It may be a newflash to you, but movement is kind of imporant in latin dancing too.

Slavik wasn't too good with Elena to be honest. As partners Michael and Joanna were better than Slavik and Elena. Individually Slavik > Michael. Mostly because Slavik > all. =D

Watch the video. His torso is still practically a dead zone. I was quite amazed with the amount of hip rotation that he has and I'm sure he would do more if they weren't demonstrating basics. But the rotation he has still pales the one with, for example Slavik. Even his opening outs pale with Marek Fiksa, IMO.

HE's meant to frame her and show he's in the lead and with joanna being so quick and technically correct he has to match that and show he is controlling her.

I have to agree that Michael USED to be worse than Slavik, but now... he deserves the world title 100%! he's been consistently improving since he's started dancing with Joanna. Plus handling a dancer like Joanna takes a lot of technique, furthermore Michael is known as superb technician among the judges
