Taken from my dining room by my mom. He was the Park City, KS compliance officer. We had problems with the neighbors dogs so she decided to record it. You can see his face at one point. I like how the dog tries to bite at him at one point.

its crazy how a guy can kill 10 people and now he gets to sit in his room for 23 hours of the day watching tv and listening to the radio, free food, no rent, no bills to worry about. he has it made, while tax payers pay out the ass for this piece of shit. i am against the death penalty in many cases but people who admit to murdering 10 people need to fry.

@RealLifeOmen Serial killers like him are manipulative and trick people into getting what they want. There was a recent documentary made about him, at the time he had a tv and everything. Yeah his life sucks but prison keeps him alive. Whats really bad is he can still contact and fuck with people the same way John Wayne Gacy did. He was making calls tormenting people because he won guards over. I hate the system and death penalties but serial killers are worthless and should die.

@wheelmanstan well know what you're talking about before you say it. There is nothing good about jail, thats why they say it's easier to just get the death penalty, nobody wants to be in Jail. And unless Dennis Rader is a psyche unit inmate in Prison, he is out in the yard and with everyone else. I imagine with all BTK's fame and popularity, he's got a lot of money in jail and is probably running a lot of gangs on his money alone, like Boston strangler.

There is no TV or Radio in Jail, the food is recycled and I'll be damned if you're not hungry 24/7 in there, then the food you do get is so nasty, you'd rather starve to death. They don't give a fuck, nobody gives a fuck about you in there, about your needs, your saftey, if anyone is taking your food, if somebody is planning to kill you. They don't care.

Also the sad and creepy thing about the BTK Killer,.. with his bald head and the same type of glasses her wore,.. He looks almost like my Uncle Jeff!!!! It is creepy in that he would select his targets from random encounters. This could have ended differently. I don't know you or your family but, nonetheless, I'm glad you're all OK.
