It's a new government toy... it's a good thing they keep spraying us with aluminum and barium, otherwise we wouldn't be able to see their pretty light shows.

Questions-- If this is a missile, it was really low in the atmosphere. Missiles are really noisy. Did anyone hear it flying overhead? It was 'hovering' in the atmosphere. Are there any reports of the loud noise?

If I understand it right there are several different Eiscat bases in the area, some doing simple radar research, some doing ionospheric heating. This looks like plasma to me, noone on the planet has ever seen a 'hovering missile' like this. If it's were a missile it's not a missile like anyone has ever seen. Consider why we're not getting full disclosure. Most obvious source of this is nearby Eiscat.

thanks for info!!!!!

It fully makes sense.

The nuclear arms race was being done under intense public protest which brought about a change. That's because we knew about it & we did something about it. This new technology from HAARP, if fully disclosed, would cause the same public outcry & put a stop to the new weapons race, the race of this generation. Done in secret gives the military cart blanc. That's why tens of billions is spent on this in the U.S. & the other countries R putting it out there that they got it too in a classic stance.

They weren't being stupid. They were being coy. It coincided with the Copenhagen summit. The president would have access to all information regarding this technology. It was political postulating in my opinion because it was done right when he arrived for the summit. The summit is a flop for 2 reasons that I can think of. Still, it's really stupid for the press release to have such a lame reason. The missile test malfunction? Yah right. And I'm Santa Claus. What do ya want for Easter?

wonder why it did get so fuckin cold right after that beam (im from norway) and why the fuck is it that heavy earthquakes down in those poor contries. hmf?
Seems logical enough, but why would the Russian government let themselves look stupid, and admit an experimental technology failure, in order to cover for Norwegian atmospheric research?
