I figure if you were to listen to EVERY single DICK'S PICKS VOLUMES... all 36 volumes one after another nonstop from the begining of "Here Comes Sunshine" on Volume 1 to the tail end of "Wharf Rat" on Volume 36...it would take approximatly 5 to 6 days...

I don't think the amount Morrisson used was ever recorded, but its a good amount. I know what concert your talking about, and if he was on acid, it probably wasn't the most hes ever been on. I really dont remember the details, but he was on something tho.

o ok i see now. I have one more question tho then i am done. What was the maximum dose it was believed jim morrison took? i think in the doors movie it was supposed to be the concert in san fransico with the bon fire where they played not to touch the earth.

Well, the thing about LSD is the length of the trip is pretty constant. If you were to take a VERY low dose, you would feel dizzy and lightheaded for a few hours. When you take a normal dose it will be about ten hours of actual tripping. A higher dose lasts about 12, and thats where it maxes out. Whether you take 3 hits or 30 hits, it will last about 12 hours. I'm pretty sure there isn't any drug that lasts nearly that long.

o wow that is crazy. how long do you think a trip like that would last because this kid claimed he only tripped for 2 weeks. sry for the large amounts of questions haha im just curious and u seem to kno what ur talking about

Yes, but its pushing it. If it was good stuff with about 100 mics on it, that would be 5 mg for 50 hits. The estimated lethal dose is a little over 10 mg. You wouldn't die or go into a coma, but you probably wouldn't have a good time, I think even Huxley or Leary would have completely freaked out on that much acid.
