Yes, this is an excellent video but check out Manisha Gutman's 2 videos also. That's in English but Manisha is Indian, with Eric Britton's interview giving a lot of background for those planning to try it out in their own city

After searching all over, this is the best video on bike sharing, at least in English. An important development in caring for the environment by reducing dependence on internal combustion engines. Also good for health - but any city implementing this needs some decent awareness of bicycle safety and space on the streets.
