The honda CRV on snow accelerating fast uphill. The back wheels engage and start spinning as well. I know this is not the proper way to drive uphill on snowy icy conditions, but it was done just to create wheel spin and to make the back wheels 'switch on'. The car is on icy snow and accelerates fast.

  • how do u turn the back wheels on?

  • @Toyotoys They will do so automatically when they detect slipping. You have no control over it at all.

  • this vid is too short make a longer one

  • i have made a longer video, which has slow motion and it is much better, but i was unable to post it as a video response, but search for 'Honda Crv back wheels ' and you should find it, it is posted by me (mooseling1) and is the second one from the top

  • There's a silicon couple to the rear wheels that uses reverse viscosity to power them. If the front and back are travelling the same speed, no power goes to the back. If the fronts are spinning, friction between the silicone and the plates in the coupler locks up the rear driveshaft.
