This gun is a bit plain. Here's a better one with more detail and feel free to use everything in this link for what you want.

  • I'm having such a hassle with this. I just want a cube in the corner of my screen, but no matter what I do this wont work for me. I run it, and it only lets my mouse look up and down, and the model is in mainly the right place, but my character gets drawn in the floor and I can't move. Any ideas?

  • @PoundcakePlaysMW2 There's probably an issue in the DRAW and STEP event. Send those codes to me in a message.

  • thanks 4 the help but i don't want my guy walking around with a cude 4 a gun.

how can i make it into a gun?

  • @chimeradude1 Just change the model of the cube into a model of a .d3d gun model.

  • ok I need game maker help. I have two views in my game and I want a certain object to only be drawn in one of the views. Anyway i can do this?????

  • Oh you did a cube oh wait maybe your doing MINECRAFT 2 !!!?

  • @Gceschool I'm sure it can be a good place to start and get some quick results, but if you were serious about making a game then you'd want to use something more professional. XNA has a brilliant developer community and there's a lot of successful titles being released that were coded in XNA. Not to mention the Xbox compatability.

  • @CoDeWiThLoGiC

XNA?! Game Maker is as least more worthwhile and versatile than XNA.

  • i need real PRO videos!!!!

  • whats ur first event

  • you are the best bro

  • good tutorial!
