That Celeriac first looked like a human skull to me, I'm glad it wasn't. That steak image also looked extremely different to what I pictured, and judging by the image, it probably is served at a fancy restraunt for ridiculous prices... question though, how much would it cost at the store? Never heard about it in my life until now.

I was a vegan for 3 weeks and ate celery as there wasn't much choice. It made me gag and so in my wisdom I decided it would make it tast better if it was in the form of a smoothie.

over here we use celeriac to make consome,it gives a nice flavor to this soup,but we trow it out after the soup has done
