    ur ignorant. There is a large part of Tokyo that have been constructed on water by moving sand and rocks into the ocean to make land.

    That is why it is flooding, not because it is an island.

  • Does anyone else get a sinking feeling watching this? (No pun intended and with respect to the residents). I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I was outside my house watching this movement and flooding happen. Unnerving to say the least.
