@wujifa Love watching how Sifu Guoyong glides in the movements and the arm postures/positions seem to be held so effortlessly. Been practicing this for 8 months after being introduced by Sifu Dan Jones. Amazing how hard yet simple it is to master the technique of walking in a circle in this movement. Kind of funny when you feel off balance when you first start out. Still trying to get the arms to relax more, but it is getting there. Thank you for posting this very helpful video.
