It might seem like I was splitting hairs, but the point is that he wasn't just making stuff up in his head. His accusers saw the same thing he did before they criticized him for it. That's not really all that important, except to show that there is a double standard for those who are light in the world, exposing what is in the darkness, vs. those who celebrate what should be repented from.

The media copies other stations all the time! Saying that a character in a children's show is gay is foolish. He carried around a bag for gods sake! It's notlike he boned La la? Let's not forget, Falwell blamed 9-11 on gays because he was a senile old man!

What the heck? I didn't even THINK of Tinky Winky was gay when I was little. Just because the actor happens to be male and the character brings a red purse around doesn't mean he's gay.
