Your videos are so helpful. Right now I'm doing a cardigan whose design incorporates numerous two-stitch cables. I prefer using a needle too, but with so many of them...and just with one stitch transferring over to the cn...this method really helps speed things up and cuts down on frustration. Wonderful instructions, as always.
