  • is the model of ram you used the 4GB DDR3 1066 SODIMM Non-ECC CL7 KVR1066D3S7/4G ?

  • @chino555 Yes, but these RAM are not originally bought for this netbook. Originally these RAM are for a AMD Fusion E-350 nettop, and for experimental purpose I've tried (in this video) to use them in ASUS 1215N and it works

  • I have the 1215B and the only "bay" available to upgrade is for RAM. On the 1215N, is the hard drive easily accessible?

  • @magnoid You need to remove the palm rest and also the keyboard in order to replace the HDD, which will void the warranty seal label

  • @pavy415 it says he has 2 4gb rams installed.

  • @pavy415 if you havent read the description its

  • How u have 8gb ram only max is 4gb ram show us scores rather than writing them

  • @slkong thank you so much, I've heard that you have to update your bios to have the 8gb support, have a windows 64bit Os, and update your video drivers to use dual channel version's of this type of ram " may work with dual channel, but will only run in one individual channel each". Thank you so much for the experiment, know people like me can accomplish this. I found out you can use "Corsair 8GB 1333mhz PC3-10666 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM Laptop Memory Kit CMSO8GX3M2A1333C9" and will work too.

  • @zunehdrocks Go to find the notebook ASUS EEEPC 1215N under 12-inch

Select Win 7 64-bit and click on "BIOS", where you can find BIOS 0902

  • @zunehdrocks Asus says that the 0902 BIOS is for ASUS M3A78-EMH. Will it work if I just download it?
