Turbo Escort ZX2 10-12psi pull

This is my buddys 98 zx2, it's a home made turbo kit. The engine is completely stock, it has COP ignition, turbo t-bird injectors, clutch, solid mounts, pg diff, cobra maf, 1 step colder plugs @ .030" , and a sniper tuning system. We have zero detonation and 11:1 afr's on California 91 octane fuel.

we later learned that the stock diff was unable to hold whatever power this thing was making... so, an m factory diff is going in.  stay tuned for new videos of this thing on the dyno, and new race footage.

i'm driving a 98 escort zx2 with 180,000 miles... what should i do to prepare my engine for large horsepower gains like a turbo and other aftermarket parts? I don't know a lot, myself but if i knew the parts to replace/renew, i could easily buy and put them bitches on. Thanks.
