I don't disagree with you, there are too many people on this planet which means more pollution. China has 1,347,350,000 which accounts for 19.24% of the population of the entire planet. The odd thing is this, the US emits 5,762,050 tonnes of carbon dioxide while China emits less at 3,473,600 yet their population is vastly bigger than the US. It's nor how many of you pollute, it's how you pollute.The Us accounts for 4.47% population wise, these numbers paint a pretty nasty picture.

WRONG...if someone had a viable alternative for oil they would be richer than any oil tycoon. Oil companies can not stop people that come up with products that can actually make a change. Solar panels and wind mills are not going to cut the mustard. It's been stated time and time again by scientists.
